Rates:

  • All rates are quoted in the local currency of the hotel (e.g. Ringgit Malaysia for Malaysia and Indonesia Rupiah for Indonesia) and are inclusive of service charge and applicable government taxes. Rates offered are subject to change after this agreement has expired
  • If provincial or government taxes are increased during the term of this contract, the hotel reserves the right to adjust the contract rates accordingly to reflect the increase
  • Rates are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party. Rooms may not be sold at rates which are above the published rate

Booking Procedures:

  • Booking of rooms is to be made directly with HQ via the number +6010-5000969, from 8:00am – 10:00pm daily (including public holidays) or the email hq.care@tonegroup.net
  • Confirmation of space is subject to availability at point of reservation. Guest(s) name(s) are to be provided at point of booking, inclusive of arrival details. Any bookings received within 14 working days of check-in will be subjected to room availability
  • Upon confirmation of booking, you will be faxed or emailed a booking confirmation which you will need to present during check-in

Liability:

  • The hotel will not be held responsible for any loss of a guest’s property, any material damage, injury or death whilst in the hotel’s premises

Payment:

  • Payment must be made upon booking
  • Only company cheques will be accepted and will be subjected to a cheque clearance time of a minimum of three (3) working days
  • Payments made via bank transfer must be accompanied by a receipt (bank-in slip) to be faxed to HQ at +603-90540278 or to be scanned and emailed to care@tonegroup.net
  • The hotel name, group name, check-in date and check-out date must be indicated in the bank-in slip for reference

Cancellation

  • Cancellations of bookings within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to one (1) night stay charges
  • Unused night(s) on any shortened stays is non-refundable and non-transferable
